Colleen Brehm, PE

Colleen brings a team-based mindset to her work and has contributed to habitat restoration and water quality projects across the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. With a deep-seated interest in connecting communities to water environments, her work centers on fish passage, river and floodplain restoration, tidal connections, and water diversions. She has honed her experience working at the interface of urban and natural systems and brings skill in field data collection and analyses, design development, hydraulic modeling, permitting support, and construction oversight.
