Having specialized in environmental compliance for the past six years, Natalie engages with our team to inform permitting requirements and develop cost-effective permitting strategies for projects. She brings a keen eye for detail in technical editing and leverages GIS tools to expedite and improve consistency in resource assessments. At W2r Natalie leads biological risk assessments and supports a wide variety of environmental permitting efforts, including USACE Section 408 Alteration Determinations, Joint Permit Applications, and Multnomah County Drainage District Developmental Reviews. Prior to joining W2r she led an effort to obtain Special Use Permits for utility wildfire risk reduction projects in eight National Parks in California.
