W2r encourages our staff to expand their perspectives by volunteering and by visiting key project sites in our region. From time to time we host science and engineering happy hours where fellow restoration clients and consultants engage in dialogue. And, we are actively engaged in the client-agency community to advance approaches for restoration design and permitting.
Together, we are making our natural spaces more resilient by pushing conversations forward from short-term compromises to generational thinking.
