The Portland Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) maintains a vast network of infrastructure in environmentally sensitive areas. The regulatory framework associated with work in and around these areas results in a need for wetland delineation and other natural resource services.
Through an on-call agreement with BES, W2r has provided multiple wetland delineation and permitting support services. This work has required wetland and ordinary high-water mark (OHMW) delineations to support application submittals to USACE and Oregon DSL.
In addition to our own on-call work, W2r is frequently called upon by other firms to serve as a subconsultant for the role of wetland delineation or other environmental field assessments.
