Darlene is a senior member of our team, bringing a broad range of industry experience leading complex, multiple-objective projects from feasibility through design. She has worked in estuarine, riverine, and wetland ecosystems, analyzing limiting factors, designing and conducting habitat assessment and valuation models, and developing biological design criteria to maximize ecological uplift. She has built a strong reputation with her clients for her thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and effectiveness at communicating with resource agencies. Darlene’s permitting experience includes environmental documentation for USACE Section 408, ESA, CWA, and NEPA.
